Welcome to Our Tribe
Aligned Women in Business – Te Aroha is a relaxed, community-led breakfast group created to support and connect local women in business in a way that feels genuine, welcoming and pressure-free.
This group exists because many women want connection and support around business — without formal networking, pitching or hustle culture. It’s a space where women can show up as they are, share ideas, talk things through and feel supported by others who understand the journey.
We meet regularly over breakfast at a local café, creating space for meaningful conversation, shared insight and real connection. There is no fee to join the group — each person simply covers their own breakfast or coffee.

Who the Group Is For
Aligned Women in Business – Te Aroha is for women who are:
running their own business
freelancing or contracting

You don’t need to be at a certain stage, have everything figured out, or identify as a “networker”. Curiosity, openness and a desire for connection are more than enough.
